New Year's Resolutions?

I couldn't do it....

The family pics that is! I know, I know! I totally SUCK! But we didn't have anything to wear that would look coordinated! I didn't want to pay for pics and have them look like it was spur of the moment! SO when Clint gets paid we are going to go shopping and then do pics! Jeez...Who knew family pics could be such a pain in the ass?! At least when it's just Hayden, we just throw something super cute on him and they look great! UGH...Not looking forward to trying to coordinate our outfits! Thanks for words of encouragement in my last post though!

Is it bad that I don't want to get family pics? I mean seriously, Hayden's almost 3 and we have never done them...When he was like 3 or 4 months I took a couple with him, but not Clint! I just don't really want my fatass in the pic! But that's what we are doing later today...Oh boy...I'm sooo thrilled about it, can't you tell?

After Christmas!

So the holidays have come and gone and now what are we to do with ourselves? Jeez...I don't know about you, but I have to plan Hayden's birthday...His party is in 1 week from today and man I am NOT prepared! Usually I am one of those moms that's crazy with it and at least a month before everything is already planned! I am such a slacker this year w/ the holidays and his birthday! Oh well..Tough times ya know? Plus I'm still in shock that's going to be 3!

WOW...My son...almost.3!

WOW...I'm still weirded out that in 2wks...I will have a 3 year old! It went by soo fast and I can't even believe it! I remember when he was a tiny baby! Little toes and fingers! Awww...Where'd my lil baby go?! He's doing so great in everything! Even at school, they said when it's time to learn he sits there and pays attention and is just a great boy!

On another note...I'm ready for the holidays to be over! I want to be able to go out and not have all the crazies out and rushing around! Plus...I don't get paid for these 2 weeks off...So that really sucks! But oh well...I deserved a mini-vacation! LOL!

Yay--Winter Break!

Man, working in a school is sooo weird! I never realized how much teacher's couldn't wait until holidays and breaks until I became a teachers aide! LOL! It's soo weird! But this Friday we get out of school at 12:30! And man I CANNOT wait! This week is going to drag! But it's filled with soo much fun stuff--so we are hoping it goes by quickly!

Potty Trained! :)

Yep...That's right! Hayden is officially potty trained...Well...for the most part! LOL! He still doesn't know how to wake up and go pee, so he's in a pullup at night...And he won't poop for me...His daycare says he poops at school in the potty, but he won't for me! Other than that--he goes in the potty and wears underwear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to dr on Mon...

He now thinks I have PCOS...Umm...isn't that something that they run tests for? I had him check my thyroid cuz it was outta whack awhile ago..So, I'm hoping that's all it is...but I have to take Prometrium, then Clomid, then some steriod...That should get me pg, he said...LMAO...Guess it's worth a try...I'd rather have something wrong w/ my thyroid and have to take pill for that and get me back together...Oh well..We shall see though...

OMG--Crappy morning

Okay--So I had bad evening yesterday--I got to the pharmacy late so I couldn't get Hayden's prescription. Then I tried to cash a moneygram money order at Walmart and they wouldn't do it. So I was already irritated. Then this morning, I woke up a bit later than usual so I didn't have time to take a shower. I went to a check cashing store to cash the money order and they were on hold FOREVER waiting for Moneygram to answer so they could verify that there was no hold or anything. I left WITHOUT cashing the money order cashed and was running late to work. Then I got PULLED OVER 3 blocks from work--I could NOT believe it! My ticket is $162 or driving school which is $180...Not exactly what I need right now....

Oh yeah! LOL--Trick or Treating!

SOOOOO....Hayden was Woody from Toy Story for Halloween! OMG--He was soooo freakin cute! We went with my sis, bil, and niece and nephew out. It was fun--But OMG--the after "party" was NOT fun--talk about a sugar crash from HELL! Hayden was up until at least midnight that night and he pretty much cried the whole rest of the night from about 10-midnight because I wouldn't give him anymore candy...Hmmm maybe we shouldn't celebrate Halloween next year! LOL

Hey everyone! Busy busy over here! Hope everyone is doing okay!!! My job is going well...hectic...but it's going ya know? We are still ttc #2--it's almost been 18mths now. My brothers gf is ready to pop--just hope she doesn't try anything stupid since all the stuff w/ my bro is going on...Hayden's getting BIG! OMG! I cannot believe it all! He's talking soo much and totally up my butt all the time! He likes going to daycare!

To all of you from KC--if you are still reading--I miss ya'll! I just have been crazy busy w/ new job and not having a router to use our own computer! But we are fine! Hayden just got over pinkeye, double ear infections, and a cold and now he may have had a reaction to Amoxicillin! YUCK! And he's really really really crabby! But we are still hanging in there! He started daycare last week and gets mad because he can't ride the school bus! Lil dorko!

Anyways! Just an update! I have lots of homework I need to do! Oh and me and Clint celebrated our 2yr wedding anniv last weekend!!!!

Hey! I'm alive! LOL! I have been crazy busy with everything! I started my new job this past Tuesday! Crazy, I know! I also dyed my hair dark brown! Things have been crazy over here--plus it's a PITA to get on the computer since we can't use our own until we get a wireless router! So bear with me for a bit longer! But school started--FUN FUN...NOT! Jeez all this stuff is happening all at once! Oh yeah..I decided that if we still haven't gotten pregnant in January, I'm going to go to an RE...Since I will have some cash than...Let's keep fingers crossed that we get pg before than! LOL!

I got the job!!!! I have to go take the parapro test on Monday, which I guess is just math, reading, english test! It's just because I don't have an Associate degree yet and I only have 55 credits. Yuck--Hate tests--but oh well! I will be working at the elementary school a couple blocks away! It will be in the 1st/2nd grade Autism room! Whew--I'm SOO glad! And it's not fulltime--so I can still concentrate on my school too! It's like 29hrs! Yay! Finally gave you guys some good news!!

Interview on Tues!

Yeah...I had an interview this past Friday for Mesa Public Schools for an assistant to the Autistic teacher...Yeah--they called me and said no thanks. Which sucked, but I *knew* it, ya know? The whole interview was like 10mins long...So I knew they weren't feeling me. But I looked on MPS website to see what other jobs were on there and I have another interview for the same thing at a school like a block away. SO I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this one! Man-I need a job...I'm even having my agency look for another client for me and they haven't had any luck, so I'm not sure what the dealio is. But at least w/ MPS I would get nights, weekends, and holidays off, but it's pt, so I wouldn't get benefits, which sucks, but oh well...OH! And send me your babydust vibes!!! I bought some ovulation tests and so far nothing...

Whew...What a few crazy days...

Yeah...It really has been a few crazy days...SO, we moved in with some friends of ours and their 3 kids. Well, a couple days into it, the power gets shut off. Yeah--no biggie, since we've had ours shut off before...But the power company didn't come until 2 or 3 the next day-they shut it off at like 9 or 10 Monday and it got back on at 2 or 3 yesterday. How messed up is that. They even told the company that there is 4 kids here, so we need power-but do you think they gave a shit? Nope surely didn't.

On top of that, I emailed a lady about a job that would have been perfect. Well, my cell phone got shut off Monday too, so I gave her the house number-but then the power got shut off, so the house phone didnt work. SO--I gave them our friends cell phone and it died because she couldn't charge it! Yeah-doubt I'm going to get that job! UGH!

What else? Yeah--that pretty much sums it up quickly! That's where I've been! Oh and I can't get internet on my computer because I don'thave a wireless router or a cable modem! So, I will post when I can!

Just an update!

Well, well, well...I'm sorry I have left ya hanging for a few days! I have had a crazy weekend! We had to be out of our house by tomorrow, so we were packing and moving, moving and packing! Done at last, although I have to go back tomorrow to turn in keys and clean the damn place....On another note, I never did tell you about my TTC drs appt on Thursday, did I? It went FANTASTIC! He gave me a script for Clomid-which I started taking yesterday! Hopefully, August will be my month! Well, anywhoo--I better jet...I'm stealing internet and not sure how much more I can be on!

A miracle on Raven St!

WOW! Talk about a miracle!!!!! I found the money order receipt for May's rent!!!! Yeah--for those of you that haven't heard the story, here it is! We paid May's rent like WAY late, like May 26th, to be exact. Well we get a notice in June--like 2nd week in June, that said we still owe them, so I called the lady and she said she would look for it and yadda yadda yadda...Well apparently she didn't look hard enough, which I had figured. Well, I couldn't find the receipt either, so of course she didn't believe that I had paid it. Well, I sent off a money order to moneygram for $30, so they could research it and get back to me. I called today, since it's been 7 weeks and nothing still. Since we are moving out, Linda said she'd take our deposit and put it towards the rent we owe(which I knew we didn't). Well....As I was cleaning out our bathroom, I called my mom to tell her about a vet clinic that our walmart has, well, I picked up the paper and what do ya know? A money order receipt. So I went to throw it away...And I looked at the date...May 26th...in the amount of $790....Cha-Ching!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had found the missing money order receipt!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES! Now Linda can take that receipt and shove it up her fat ass!

Wow...

Yeah...We are moving this weekend...Yikes...What am I going to do? We haven't even started or anything! My belly has butterflies! We didn't renew our lease, so that's why we have to be out. But when I talked to them before they said I had to give 45 day notice that we were moving out. Apparently not the case as I found that out today....SO we've got a week to pack, clean, find a storage place, move, take stuff to good will...OH FUN...

Why can't I just be happy for them?

SO...We have been ttc for over a year..we started trying in May 2007. I've been to the dr now and have to go back on the 31st. But anyone who knows what it's like to want a baby-whether you can or cannot have one-and then see EVERYONE get pregnant, knows that it's hard and it just plain sucks. That is what's happening with me. It's like never-ending over here though....Yesterday I went to brunch w/ my SIL and Gramma-in-law w/ their church. And as everyone was almost done, a pregnant club came in! Everyone single one of them was prego, except one who had a newborn! Fast forward to last night...I found out that one of the guys who just had a baby like 4-6mths ago(maybe more, but don't think so) in our VW club is having another baby in December! And one of our friends found out last night also that she is going to have a baby.

I was like on pregnancy overload last night and by the time Christa and Shawn called us, I just couldn't sound happy. I tried-but I was holding back tears. I know I was being a downer, but I really tried to sound happy, even when deep down I was crushed....

Yay for Thursday!

Yep we did it...FINALLY we did something we want! Clint applied for the police department up in Payson-which is about an hour and a half north! I am keeping my fingers crossed and can you do the same? We lived in Payson for almost a year when I was prego and after I had Hayden-and we had to move back to the Valley because we were struggling tooooo much! So keep your fingers crossed and pray pray pray that he gets it, because we really want to move back!!!

And it's Thursday! We have a weekly get together w/ our friends Matt and Kristen! Every other week it's at our house and this is the week. This weekly get together is awesome...It's usually the only time we see each other and we get to catch each other up on what happend through out the week. It's pretty much the only consisent thing we have going right now.

Last day at work today..

Yep, today was the last day. I have been watching this bipolar/autistic kid for about a year and a half and they decided to move down to Tucson, which is about 2hrs from me. They were the perfect family for me, they let me bring Hayden to work, paid me for more hours than worked, and they were just down to earth. So now I have to start all over again, this sucks.

Started reading a book about ovaries...

LOL! Yep I did...I checked out a book called "It's My Ovaries, Stupid!". It's all about how dr often don't check your hormones and they just say your depressed or to deal with it, but in reality you could have a hormone problem! It's by a dr that has an office in Tucson. Excited and Blah!

SO! Today I have been emailing NAU and seeing if I will have what it takes to go there this time next year! They are looking at my unofficial transcripts and coming up with a checksheet for what I will need! Yay!

I went to my PCP today for my asthma...I ended up w/ 3 prescriptions--an inhaler, antibiotics, and eyedrops--I woke up w/ red eye and apparently I have pink eye! What's up with that?!

I already know where I am having Hayden's birthday at..btw, it's 6 months away--LOL! Oh well...It's going to be good!

It's been a blah day...You ever have one of those days where you just don't feel right, not sick or anything, just not good? That's me today...

Got blood results back!

Apparently, I'm not ovulating! So I have another appt on July 31, since we are ttc. Hayden has been a crazy kid today--he was listening to the lil boy I watch instead of me...How nice. We FINALLY got our stimulus check! But we only have $100 of it until it clears! How dumb is that? It's from the government! Oh well...At least we finally got it, huh?

WOW! I'm so nervous now!!!

SO! Last night I was on the phone with my sis for a LONG time...We were looking at all the classes I have taken at college over the last 6 years...yes...6 years to see if I could finally graduate! I just *may* be getting my Associate degree after all this time!!!! I always told Clint that if I ever got my Assoc I would throw a BIG party! And to most people, this degree is a nothing, just a stepping stone to get a Bachelors...But for me--it's a HUGE hurdle...I have messed up so many times over the years, hence the reason it's taking me so long to get my 2yr degree, that I want to show off my accomplishment, even it's minor to other people. But I will be going for my bachelors and man I don't even want to think of how long that will take...

The weekend is FINALLY over!

Not that I'm soo excited to get back to work and everything...But jeez...It felt like a month went by, not a weekend! We were so busy, even though we didn't have Hayden this weekend! He went to his gramma's house! But instead of spending time together, me and Clint spent time with friends...yes...FRIENDS! How dumb is that? But it was quiet at home! We went to the monthly Sonic VW cruise, all the bugs, busses, things, etc cruise up to a local Sonic and hang out there and check out each other's cars...It's cool, plus we always know people, because we are in a VW club! Dorky, I know, but at least we have friends with similar interests!

Went to dr yesterday...

Yep, I finally went to the dr, we have been trying to concieve our 2nd child for a year and so far nothing and my cycles are irregular-so I need those straightened out...I have to get bloodwork to check my horomone levels.

I had to do it today and not yesterday, because you can't have any breast stimulation for 24hrs! LOL! Poor Clint!
